Private Excursion Offers
Private excursion offers refer exclusively to passenger transport prices to the destination and back. All additional services, tickets, food, drinks, or other activities are not included in the price and are borne by the user.
Payment and Fees
The user pays the driver at the beginning of the transport. Payment can be made in cash or by card. All additional costs incurred during the transfer are the exclusive responsibility of the user.
Vehicle and Excursion Images
Vehicle images are symbolic and do not represent an obligation to provide a specific vehicle type. The user will be informed about the exact vehicle type to be used for the transfer before the ride begins. Excursion photos are professionally processed and are of illustrative character. They are taken at real locations, but the presentation may differ from the actual experience on the excursion.
Availability
Excursion availability is not guaranteed and may vary depending on weather conditions, time slot availability, and organizational circumstances.

We do not guarantee service availability at all locations and at all times. In case of unavailability, we are not liable for any consequences to the user.
Payment

Variable Costs
The price calculator refers only to the ride itself. All other variable costs are charged to the user if they wish to use them (e.g., tolls, parking, ferries, additional waiting, etc.). The user will be informed about all additional costs and amounts, if any, before the transfer begins.
Cancellation
We reserve the absolute right to cancel transfers up to 2 hours before the transfer, without obligation to provide explanation. We only commit to refund any paid amount, without any additional compensation.
Vehicles
Vehicle images are symbolic and do not represent an obligation to provide a specific vehicle type. The user will be informed about the exact vehicle type to be used for the transfer before the ride begins.
Privacy
The user's phone number and personal data are used exclusively for transfer organization purposes and will not be shared with third parties without the user's explicit consent.

Availability Limitation
We do not guarantee service availability at all locations and at all times. Services are provided exclusively depending on current driver and vehicle availability, without prior notice and without any obligations. In case of unavailability, we are not liable for any consequences to the user.
Right to Refuse Transport
We reserve the absolute right to refuse transport of any passenger, without obligation to provide explanation. Drivers may refuse transport due to passenger behavior, health condition, inappropriate clothing, or any other reason at their own discretion.
Service Cancellation
We may cancel any reservation or service at any time, without obligation to pay damages or compensate the user. Refunds are issued only for prepaid services that are canceled by the company.
Prohibited Items and Behavior
We are not responsible for passengers' possession of prohibited items. Any transport of dangerous, illegal, or flammable substances implies full passenger responsibility and may result in immediate service termination without compensation.
User Obligations
Users bear full responsibility for their behavior and compliance with all regulations. Taxi Principis is not liable for any legal consequences arising from user non-compliance with laws.
