📋 What You Need to Know

• •The price calculator refers exclusively to the ride price and selected additional services. All potential additional costs incurred during the ride (including but not limited to ferry tickets, tolls, etc.) are charged to the user, about which the user will be timely and appropriately informed. Reservation confirmation and additional information are received via WhatsApp message or email
• •The driver will contact you 30 minutes before the transfer begins. Free waiting up to 10 minutes after agreed time
• •Payment can be made in cash to the driver or by card in advance. In case of higher-value transfers, we reserve the right to request advance payment.
• •We are available 24/7 for receiving reservations, however, depending on geographical location and availability, we reserve the right to refuse transfer realization or request additional surcharge in case the transfer occurs outside our usual business area.
• •For return trips, we offer 10% discount on the return transfer.
• •For airport pickups, in case of arranged greeting service, the driver tracks flight status via available online systems and adjusts accordingly to any flight delays.
• •By using our services, the user confirms they are familiar with the stated conditions, accepts them, and undertakes to behave politely and correctly towards the driver and service provider's property during service use.
